Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 launches with nine-hour battery and a $449 starting price
Meta launched Gen 3 with a slimmer frame, customizable action button, up to nine hours of battery life, a six-microphone array, 12 MP camera and 3K video. It is available now in the US in three styles.
Why it matters
Gen 3 costs $120 more than the original US launch price of Gen 2, so the extra hour of battery, improved microphones and redesigned fit are the main upgrade considerations.
