Pennsylvania committee advances smart-glasses recording bill

On 7 October, a Pennsylvania House committee approved an amended HB 2603. The proposal would require noticeable recording indicators on wearable recording devices and prohibit disabling them. The amended text allows light, sound or another indicator. The House record lists first consideration and tabling, not enactment: this is not a new law.
Why it matters
For buyers of camera glasses, recording indicators are a privacy feature worth checking. This proposal does not establish that any Atlas product is compliant or banned, and it does not change verified product availability.
